Deep down, we all know the desire to “come home to ourselves.” Even though we often cannot describe that feeling precisely, we know it is there. Yet we do not always manage to get there. Our minds are working overtime, we are searching—but the seeker in us will never find ‘it’ because the starting point is wrong: thinking leads us away from feeling.
In nature, this all changes. During coaching in nature, I use the peace, power, and symbolism of the environment as a mirror. By slowing down, standing still, and connecting with your surroundings with all your senses, you make contact with a deeper layer within yourself. This is where your inner knowledge resides—not conceived, but sensed and experienced.
Because in nature, everything comes to rest, including you. Away from obligations, away from the hustle and bustle and distractions, there is space to feel what is really alive in you. You don't have to solve anything or perform. You can just be.
Nature helps you to soften your mind, open your heart, and remember who you really are. From that place, clarity arises: about what is right for you, what hinders you, and what gives you direction.
